We suggest avoiding makeup for the first 24 hours after microneedling to avoid bacterial seeding into the skin through the small micro-injuries in the skin.
We suggest not using products for the rest of the day following your microneedling treatment. Provided your skin is not feeling sensitive you can restart your normal skincare routine the morning after. We always recommend SPF50+ following this treatment on a daily basis.
